On Monday, August 18th, the St Vincent de Paul Society National Council of Australia Chief Executive, Dr John Falzon appeared on the ABC’s Q&A program. Dr Falzon joined a panel consisting of Warren Truss, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development, Penny Wong, the Opposition Leader in the Senate and Shadow Minister for Trade and Investment, Clive Palmer leader of the Palmer United Party and Heather Ridout, chair of AustralianSuper and prominent Australian business woman.
